NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of 11/21/08, except those employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of AT&T Operations, Inc. ("AT&T" or "Sponsor") or its affiliates who have any involvement with respect to the Sweepstakes (together with AT&T, its affiliates and their respective representatives) (collectively, "AT&T Released Parties"), as well as employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T" or "Administrator") or its affiliates (collectively, "P/S/T Released Parties") (AT&T Released Parties and P/S/T Released Parties collectively, "Released Parties"). The immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, of Released Parties are also ineligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Two Ways to Participate: 1) Online: Visit attcottonbowl.com/vote between 12:00 (midnight) AM Central Time ("CT") on 11/21/08 and 11:59 PM CT on 12/19/08 (the "Promotion Period") and follow the directions provided to cast your vote and complete and submit the Official Entry Form to receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes. 2) Text: During the Promotion Period, view the three (3) Cotton Bowl clips available at attcottonbowl.com then cast your vote by texting either A, B or C to "7313" from your AT&T SMS capable handset to receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes. NOTE: You will be charged for each text message sent from your handset according to the terms of your service agreement with AT&T Wireless. You must be an AT&T wireless service subscriber with text messaging functionality to enter via this method. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions. If a winner is a text message sender, prize will be awarded to the primary individual named on the AT&T Wireless account from which the text message is sent. In the event a winning account selected is a joint account, a total of one (1) prize will be awarded in the names of the joint account holders. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate or misdirected entries, text messages or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, malfunction of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines or telephone systems or other communication malfunctions, cellular equipment tower, telephone systems, wireless service problems, errors or malfunctions, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, network or electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of text messages or entries; for inaccurate entry or other sweepstakes related information, printing, typographical or other errors appearing in the rules, or in other sweepstakes related materials. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited and any entries received through such means will be void.
Ten (10) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to one of the following games: 2009 AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic OR 2010 AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200. If a game is postponed or cancelled for any reason, game tickets will be rescheduled/reissued for the date on which game will take place. In the event a winner is not able to attend a designated game for any reason, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Winners will be responsible for transportation to & from game. Sponsor reserves the right remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or guest if he/she engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, & any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not specifically stated herein are the winners' sole responsibility. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $2,000.
Winner Selection: The potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 12/22/08 from among all eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period. Potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight delivery and/or mail.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules or the prize being returned as non-deliverable for any reason will result in prize being forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. By entering, entrants agree: 1) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use entrant's name and/or picture and/or likeness or biographical information or voice for trade, advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without any further compensation, consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law; and 2) that the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including attendance at and travel to/from the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic) or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or modify, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension of the sweepstakes, at its discretion select winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension.
