Will Call
On January 1, the stadium Will Call window will be located outside Gate 2 on the Cotton Bowl Plaza. The Will Call window opens two hours prior to kickoff and will remain open until the start of the second half. Photo ID is required to obtain tickets.
Student-Athlete Guest Tickets
Tickets for the guests of student-athletes may be obtained in the Creative Arts Building, adjacent to the Cotton Bowl Stadium. The Creative Arts Building is located on Nimitz Drive between Gates 5 and 6. Player guests must show photo ID to obtain tickets.Accessible Features
The Cotton Bowl is accessible to persons with disabilities. Alternative seating is available for spectators who are physically challenged. Spectators in wheelchairs may enter the stadium at any gate except Gates 2 and 7. There are several parking lots available for persons with disabilities. For the most direct and efficient access to your seat, please enter the stadium through the gate indicated on your ticket. All gates open two hours prior to game time.Pass-Out Gates
Patrons may leave and re-enter the Cotton Bowl through all gates. A game ticket stub and a pass-out stub will be required for re-entry.Stadium Office
The stadium office is located on the left after entering Gate 2. Please look for the Fan Accommodation sign.
Messages
In case of an emergency at home, fans can be located and contacted at the Cotton Bowl. Prior to leaving for the game, give your section, row and seat number to the appropriate party. The party may call 214-532-3633 and inform the operator that an emergency message must be relayed. A cellular phone will be delivered to your specific seat. There is no paging available. This service will be available from one hour prior to kickoff until the end of the game.First Aid
There are two emergency first aid stations, at Gate 2 and Gate 7. Paramedics are on duty throughout the game. If assistance is needed in the stands, please contact the nearest usher or emergency medical personnel. If further attention is required, the patient will be taken to nearby Baylor Hospital.Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium. Portable toilets also are positioned outside the stadium and may be accessed by patrons during the game. To re-enter the stadium, a game ticket stub and a pass-out stub will be required.Ushers
Stadium ushers serve the needs of our spectators. Please contact the nearest usher to request medical assistance or register complaints about objectionable behavior by other spectators.Banners and Signs

You may take still photographs of the game from your seat. Video and movie cameras are not permitted inside the stadium.Stay Off the Field
Please do not go onto the playing field at any time. Anyone entering the field area without proper credentials is subject to eviction and arrest under Texas state law.Bags/Containers
No backpacks or bags are permitted in the Cotton Bowl. No containers (thermos, cans, plastic bottles, etc.) or coolers of any type are permitted in the stadium. Purses are subject to inspection.Smoking
Smoking is discouraged in the seating areas, on the ramps and in all enclosed areas.Lost and Found
Lost and found services are maintained at the stadium office by Gate 2. Articles should be turned over to an usher or brought to the stadium office. PlainsCapital Bank will provide an ATM banking unit near Gate 2 on the west side and Gate 7 on the east side of the stadium. Most ATM cards are accepted.

Official game-day merchandise will be available at novelty stands inside and outside the Cotton Bowl Stadium. Postgame orders will also be available on selected items. Concessions
The Cotton Bowl Stadium has more than 75 concession areas. With specialty items ranging from chicken fajitas to game-day staples of hot dogs and Dr Pepper, make sure you come hungry. Our concession stands have it all. They are located just outside Gates 1 through 10. Additionally, on each ramp you will find express beverage service. All fans have access to these areas before and throughout the game.Network Television
